Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be adept at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, playing a crucial role in defining project requirements and ensuring successful execution within an Agile :

• Lead and facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with various stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and external partners, to capture comprehensive business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and detailed user stories.
• Design and document complex business processes and system interactions using process flow diagrams and other visual aids.
• Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure that solutions align with defined requirements and business objectives.
• Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence for requirement management, tracking, and collaboration.
• Employ Miro and Lucidchart for visual collaboration and process modeling.
• Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating understanding and alignment.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues and risks related to requirements and scope.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis processes and :
• Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with practical experience in Agile development environments.
• Skilled in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and designing comprehensive process flow diagrams.
• Strong requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities (both verbal and written).
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, and other related business analysis and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
