Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer, based in Chennai. The Billing Engineer will handle tasks such as preparing and verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQs), performing accurate quantity surveys, conducting rate and cost analysis, and managing billing systems. The role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines, as well as preparing and maintaining billing-related reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and managing billing systems
• Strong analytical skills for rate analysis and cost estimation
• Experience in quantity surveying and construction-related operations
• Knowledge of project management processes and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience with industry-standard tools and software is a plus
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
