Business Development cum Recruitment

Job Location : Delhi (Dwarka)

Experience : 1+ Years

Key Role & Responsibilities :

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

Develop proposals, pitch services to potential clients, and negotiate terms and contracts.

Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates using job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job roles and organizational culture

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, gather feedback, and manage the offer process.

Note : Candidates must have experience in BD and Recruitment both.
