Job descriptionPrepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and brewed coffee Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment Grind coffee beans and measure proper quantities for each beverage Steam and froth milk for lattes and cappuccinos Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area Stock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies Handle cash transactions and use a cash register or POS system Maintain knowledge of different coffee blends, brewing methods, and specialty drinks Respond to customer inquiries and recommend coffee and food items
