Product Owner – Customer IAM

Location : Pune

Experience : 15+ years (with at least 3 years in Product Ownership)

Role Expectations :

Define product vision and roadmap for client-facing identity services : registration, login, MFA, QR login, biometrics, passwordless authentication.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with GDPR, PSD2 , and enterprise security standards.

Experience with ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta , and protocols ( OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML ).

Strong Agile background ( Scrum, Kanban ) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitLab .

Certifications like CSPO, SAFe POPM, CISSP are a plus!
