Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Joule Professional with strong hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and integrating SAP’s GenAI-powered assistant – SAP Joule across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working across SAP S / 4HANA, SAP BTP , and AI-driven process automation.

This role requires the ability to design scalable AI workflows, integrate Joule with multiple SAP cloud modules, and drive intelligent business process transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Joule across multiple business functions.

Integrate Joule with major SAP systems including S / 4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP BTP , and other SAP cloud applications.

Design and deploy AI-driven workflows , prompt-based automation, conversational journeys, and embedded analytics.

Collaborate with business teams to identify use cases and convert them into practical and scalable Joule-based AI solutions .

Ensure secure and efficient data connectivity, compliance, and system stability.

Develop and deliver user training, documentation, demos , and adoption strategies for end users.

Troubleshoot Joule-related issues and provide ongoing technical support.

Utilize SAP BTP services, APIs, and extensions to enhance and customize Joule capabilities.

Stay current with the latest SAP updates on AI Core, machine learning, automation, and Joule advancements .

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in the SAP ecosystem (S / 4HANA / SAP Cloud / BTP).

2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Joule, SAP AI Core, or SAP automation tools .

Strong working knowledge of :

SAP BTP

SAP Build / SAP Build Apps

SAP AI Core

CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)

SAP Fiori

Cloud Integration / API Management

Experience in prompt engineering , AI workflow design, automation setup, and intelligent insights.

Understanding of core business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement, Sales, or Manufacturing .

Ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performance AI-integrated SAP architectures .

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
