Jr. Graphic Designer

About the Role
We’re not looking for someone who only knows how to make cute posts on Instagram. We want a designer who understands how design performs across platforms, formats, and funnels. Someone who can create social media assets, experiment with UI / UX, build ad creatives that convert, and tweak their work based on how people actually interact with platforms like , Twitter, YouTube, etc. If you rely on inspiration boards for every tiny task, this is not for you.
Responsibilities
- Designing social media creatives for multiple platforms
- Developing ad creatives for performance campaigns
- Creating layouts that work at speed and scale
- Supporting basic UI / UX tasks when needed (wireframes, landing pages, components)
- Designing for and Twitter with a platform-first mindset
- Collaborating closely with video and strategy teams for integrated projects
- Using AI tools to speed up workflows, explore variations, and support ideation
Qualifications
Strong grasp of social media design fundamentalsUnderstanding of ad placements, formats, and what makes an ad workGenuine interest in UI / UX design principlesAbility to translate ideas into clean, modern design with intentWorking familiarity with AI tools for design enhancementAware of how design differs across Instagram, , Twitter, YouTube, etc.A portfolio that shows range, not just pretty postsRequired Skills
