Shift Timings : 2 : 00 PM IST to 11 : 00 PM IST

Role Overview :

The Strategic Client Service Reporting resource will partner with Client's Strategic Client Service and Operations teams to execute recurring reporting, data validation, and reconciliation activities supporting all client types. This role will ensure accurate, timely delivery of performance, holdings, and compliance reports to clients and distribution platforms, while maintaining data integrity across multiple internal systems (e.g., SalesVision, Morningstar, Lipper, ICI, Schwab, Execute and validate recurring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client and intermediary reports (e.g., Fund Charges, Mutual Fund Flows, ETF Reports, Market Timing).

• Download, format, and publish reports such as SalesVision, Morningstar, Lipper, ICI, and third-party distribution platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity).
• Perform monthly SEC Yield updates and website performance reviews once published.
• Maintain and update templates, file structures, and trial balance files for reporting consistency.
• Review and reconcile data discrepancies across internal and external reports; escalate exceptions as needed.
• Manage data inputs and updates for various products, and dealer compliance reports.
• Partner with Communications, Data Engineering, and Accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate report delivery.
• Maintain documentation of reporting procedures and schedules; identify and implement process improvements.
• Assist with automation of recurring reporting tasks in collaboration with offshore and technology partners.
• Support ad-hoc client reporting requests and internal performance reviews.
