Job description3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment focused on software roles. Proven success hiring across Java, .NET, Python, DevOps (CI / CD, Docker / Kubernetes, cloud), SAP (core modules), Oracle (DB / PL-SQL), QA (manual & automation) and related stacks. Demonstrated ability to technically assess candidates (foundational CS concepts, frameworks, tooling, testing, deployment). Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing automations;
strong Boolean / X-ray skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable working to tight SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
