The Salesforce Manager is a leadership role responsible for driving the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the company's Salesforce platform, with a dual focus on orchestrating personalized marketing campaigns through Marketing Cloud and managing end-to-end customer lifecycle within the Automotive Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between marketing initiatives and automotive operations (sales, service, and after-sales), ensuring a unified and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Strategy & Management : Lead the strategic vision, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Marketing and Automotive Clouds, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Marketing Cloud Execution : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing programs (email, mobile, social, web) using Marketing Cloud tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Automotive Cloud Integration & Optimization : Manage the integration of driver and vehicle information within the Automotive Cloud data model, streamlining sales (lead / opportunity management), service (warranty, claims, work orders), and after-sales processes.
- Data Management & Analytics : Ensure data integrity and compliance across platforms, leveraging Data Cloud to create unified driver and vehicle profiles, and using analytics tools (CRM Analytics) to derive actionable insights for campaign and strategy optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a central liaison between marketing, sales, service, product, and IT teams, gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Team Leadership & Project Management : Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure successful project delivery within established parameters.
- Technical Expertise & Innovation : Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends (e.g., AI integration, connected vehicle telematics), recommending and implementing new features to enhance platform functionality and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : Proven experience (10+ years) on the Salesforce platform, with at least 3-4 years of hands-on functional / technical experience in Marketing Cloud and relevant exposure to the Automotive Cloud or related industry solutions.Technical Skills : Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud modules (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio) and proficiency in relevant languages (SQL, AMPscript, SSJS). Familiarity with the Automotive Cloud data model, objects (Vehicle, Asset, Lead, Financial Account), and features (telematics, warranty management) is essential.Soft Skills :

Automotive Cloud-specific badges or certifications are a bonus.
