Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and integrations with tools like SolarWinds, Nexthink, SCCM, Intune, and SCOM. The role involves full lifecycle discovery of servers, network devices, and storage systems to ensure a robust and accurate CMDB.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect ITOM solutions : Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
• Design scalable integrations with SolarWinds, Nexthink, SCCM, Intune, SCOM.
• Lead Discovery implementation and ensure CMDB data accuracy.
• Build end-to-end service maps and collaborate with infra / app teams.
• Configure Event Management, alert rules, event correlation, and RCA.
• Establish CMDB governance and best practices; mentor technical teams.
