Job Description -

Support the sales team in their day-to-day operations as per assigned vertical.

Coordinate with multiple departments like Finance, Ad Operations, Quality Team, Legal Team, etc. for daily operational activities

Handle client queries and manage communication with multiple clients to ensure smooth and effective functioning for ad assets to go live.

Maintain an end-to-end database for all client deals in OMS to ensure that the ad campaigns are set up and can go live on time.

Track client records and activities for effective process management.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for necessary QC and SNP approvals and compliance

Manage mid-flight changes and handle necessary paperwork with client / agency including deal grid approvals, sales agreement approvals, etc.

Analyze and track the performance of live deals on a daily / weekly basis.
