Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Deputy Manager – Marketing to lead and execute the company's overall marketing initiatives. This role involves end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives of the brand. The candidate will work closely with the team & cross-functional departments to drive bookings and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with company goals.
- Lead and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Performance campaigns including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Lead and optimize content marketing initiatives, including blog reviews, social media strategy, guest posting, backlinking, SEO planning, and performance tracking.
- Plan and execute brand and performance campaigns to drive traffic, leads and conversions.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI across paid and organic channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for creative development, influencer outreach and partnerships.
- Analyze marketing data, track KPIs, and prepare monthly performance and growth reports.
- Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance their performance and skill sets.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all platforms and communication channels.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in travel & hospitality.Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO and web analytics tools, with a proven ability to handle end to end marketing of the brand.Excellent understanding of online customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and conversion strategies.Experience managing a company's end to end brand presence.Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.Compensation
₹10–12 LPA (CTC) depending on experience & fit.
