Job description14–18 years of experience in top advertising (mainline) agencies . Proven track record of award-winning campaigns (Cannes, Spikes, Kyoorius, Effies, etc.). Strong leadership experience managing creative teams & large brand portfolios. Exceptional command over design, typography, art direction & brand storytelling . About the Role
We’re looking for an award-winning Senior Executive Creative Director – Art to lead the creative vision for one of the most iconic beauty brands. The ideal leader must have deep mainline advertising experience and a strong award-winning portfolio with proven beauty work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead art direction & visual strategy for integrated and mainline-led campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital & Experiential.
- Partner with Copy, Strategy & Account teams to deliver culturally strong and creatively brave work.
- Mentor and inspire creative teams to produce world-class, award-winning ideas .
- Present and defend creative thinking confidently to clients & senior stakeholders.
- Stay updated on global design, craft, trends & tech .
- Build a culture driven by creativity, curiosity & collaboration .
