We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Telecaller to join our sales team and help drive awareness and sales of our STEM learning and IoT product range.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, training centers, and distributors to promote STEM kits and IoT devices.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers in a clear and engaging manner.
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with lead details and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to schedule product demos and meetings.
• Handle inbound queries regarding product specifications, orders, and pricing.
• Follow up with potential leads, convert them into confirmed sales, and achieve monthly targets.
• Provide customer feedback to the management team for improving product quality and sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

B.A / B.Tech or B.Sc. inScience / Engineering background preferred.
