You will be responsible for comprehending our clients' business, identifying their talent requirements, exploring the hiring ecosystem, mapping out target companies, generating leads, cultivating a strong rapport with potential candidates, managing accounts, and ensuring successful placements are made.

What will you be doing?
- You will work with our world-class clients, ranging from startups to enterprise software and distinguished internet companies, to ensure that we find the best available talent in the market.
- Develop and implement comprehensive hiring strategies for niche and senior positions in competitive talent pools.
- Generate leads by utilizing networking, direct sourcing, and other innovative methods to engage with candidates and building relationships.
- Stay updated with the latest industry news and trends to identify potential experts who align with the interests of our clients.
- You'll utilize more than just for deeper research techniques and strategies to find pools of talent and convey those insights back to the hiring team.
- Proactively reach out to approximately 20 prospective candidates each day, using various methods, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
