E , Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferredMinimum of 8-9 years of overall IT ( preferably CRM) experienceAdvanced certifications with Salesforce configuration and custom developmentExperience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) toolsStrong presentation, writing and communication skills in public and private meeting forumsGood knowledge and understanding of Web Service API’s for integration purposesAbility to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designsKnowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraintsShould have hands-on expertise ( Minimum of 3-4 year) in some of the following technologies : Force.com, APEX, VisualForce, Workflows, OBM, Integration / EAI technologies (e.g. Pervasive, Informatica, Jitterbit, ESB), C++Java / J2EE, including SOAP, RESTful, .NET and related technologies (JSON, XML, etc), Common frameworks such as struts, spring, hibernate, etc. and Database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, JDBC, SQL, PL / SQL, stored procedures)Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologiesMust maintain professional knowledge and relationships with the Salesforce.com ecosystemTelecom Domain experience is mustCPQ experience is preferred2-3 years of Salesforce.com systems integration and / or implementation experienceProven Development consulting experience
