Job Overview

We are looking for a Head / Lead – Supply Chain Management to own ~65% of company spend and build a world-class SCM engine from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role.

Roles & Responsibilities

Full ownership of Procurement, Vendor Development, Contracts, Logistics & Stores

Build scalable SCM systems, processes and team from near-scratch

Drive category strategy & cost optimisation for structural steel, PUF panels, prefab panels, cement boards, roofing, cladding, MEP and related items

Negotiate and lock long-term contracts with Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers pan-India

Ensure on-time material availability for 10x growth while reducing costs year-on-year

Must-Have

B.E. / B.Tech – Civil or Mechanical

12–15 years experience

Deep procurement expertise in structural steel (HSS, RHS, built-up sections), PUF panels, sandwich panels, cement boards, PPGL / GI roofing, MEP items

Existing strong relationships with major steel mills, panel manufacturers and fabricators

Worked in EPC giants AND in high-growth startups

Proven experience of setting up SCM systems from zero in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on with vendor negotiation, rate contracts and cost reduction

Exposure to ERP implementation & dashboarding
