About the Role : Reliance Jio is looking for a Channel Sales Lead to drive SIM activations, revenue growth, and strengthen retail distribution in Cherthala. This role requires strong channel management and leadership skills to ensure operational excellence and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities :
Achieve SIM activation targets at retail outlets.
Drive revenue market share by increasing retail width and product availability.
Manage productivity of channel partners and distributors.
Train and ensure adequate field sales executives with distributors.
Ensure distributors / retailers maintain adequate stock levels.
Strengthen distribution by increasing recharge and SIM selling outlets.
Drive basic distribution parameters – ROI of distributors and retailers.
Monitor competition plans, policies, best practices, and report to Jio Center and State S&D team.
Propose initiatives for better visibility in the territory.
