Job Description – Product Analyst

Position Title : Product Analyst

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years

Location : [Onsite]

Employment Type : Full-time

Role Overview

Should have 2+ years of experience in IoT and Telematics domain as Product Analyst or ready to learn that.

Should have strong experience in IoT and Telematics products as Product Analyst / Business consultant.

Collaborate with the Product Manager and Engineering teams to define functional and analytical requirements for connected vehicle and telematics products.

Prepare detailed BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and wireframes aligned to product roadmap and client expectations.

Define and monitor product performance metrics (KPIs, adoption, usage trends, SLA adherence, TAT, etc.) to drive decisions.

Should have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), Analytical thinking and problem solving

Experience of working in Agile, waterfall and SDLC models in engagements

Conduct competitive benchmarking and feature analysis across IoT and Logistics domain

Support pre-sales and solution teams with business case preparation, demo readiness,

Coordinate and validate 3rd-party integrations (GPS, camera APIs, SAP, AI models, etc.) ensuring data accuracy and flow.

Partner with cross-functional teams for post-launch performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

Should have experience of working on enterprise level projects.

Involved in implementation of 3rd party integrations

Engage with client site visits or deployment phases to understand requirements, on-ground operations and validate solution effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Requirement Gathering & Analysis,

Analysis of new Business requirements / strategic road map for client and translation into product-specific designs / detailed Requirement Definitions / and Use Cases

Strong knowledge of telemetry data models, GPS architecture, alert / event systems, and data workflows. (Good to have)

Analytical mindset with experience in metrics creation, KPI dashboards, cohort analysis, and A / B testing frameworks.

Proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio for data visualization.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Notion AI, Copilot, or data enrichment tools for insight generation and documentation automation.

Skilled in Agile / Scrum methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.

Proficient in MS Visio, Figma, Lucidchart or similar tools for process and UI documentation.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
