Solinas - Senior - Founder's Office

Responsibilities :

• Partner directly with the Founder to define and execute strategic initiatives.
• Own end-to-end execution of high-priority projects across strategy, growth, operations, and partnerships.
• Translate business goals into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide data-driven insights, market research, and analysis to guide leadership decisions.
• Build and manage cross-functional alignment, acting as a key link between leadership and teams.
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and growth.
• Represent the Founder in internal and external meetings when required.
