Job descriptionPartner closely with HR, recruitment, operations, finance, sales, and marketing to ensure organizational readiness and program acceleration. Drive stakeholder alignment and communication across global teams and client ecosystems. Champion structured delivery models and high-performance execution culture. Spearhead the organization’s AI-first transformation strategy. Embed AI into platforms, business workflows, delivery processes, and client solutions. Foster AI adoption and innovation across engineering, product, and business functions. Establish and manage robust PMO practices, delivery standards, and performance frameworks. Optimize processes, capacity planning, and resource allocation for efficiency and scalability. Lead risk management, reporting cadence, and compliance for delivery functions. Align delivery outcomes with customer needs and business goals. Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder communication, and customer success KPIs. Build long-term trusted relationships with strategic partners and clients. Strategic Program & Portfolio Management Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management AI-Driven Transformation & Automation Strategy Delivery Governance, PMO, Metrics & Reporting Change Management & Business Process Optimization Talent & Capability Development Communication, Influence & Executive Alignment 18+ years of experience in program delivery, technology leadership, or transformation roles. Strong track record in leading multi-functional delivery teams across global environments. Experience in digital transformation, AI adoption, and tech-enabled business scaling. Proven ability to operate with agility, speed, and structured execution discipline.
