The Zonal Channel Manager will lead and optimize our channel partner network for the specified business portfolio. The role will focus on enhancing dealer profitability, driving targeted marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering an exceptional partner experience across the assigned zone.
Channel Network Optimization :
Continuously evaluate and strengthen the channel network, identifying opportunities for market expansion, capability enhancement, and network rationalization to improve market coverage and service levels.
Dealer Profitability Management :
Track and improve dealer profitability by driving efficient operational models, introducing incentive programs, and supporting cost optimization initiatives at partner locations.
Marketing Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute region-specific, targeted campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and generating demand within the channel network.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Facilitate seamless coordination between the sales, marketing, and product management teams to align business goals, address market challenges, and introduce new product propositions effectively.
Channel Partner Experience :
Champion initiatives to deliver a ‘wow’ experience for channel partners by addressing operational bottlenecks, improving service responsiveness, and ensuring timely support on business needs.
Brand Guideline Implementation :
Ensure consistent implementation of standard brand guidelines across all channel touchpoints by establishing a centralized, compliant vendor network for infrastructure, merchandising, and communication support.
Channel Infrastructure Support :
Proactively assess and address infrastructure requirements for channel partners, including branding elements, display systems, demo units, and service readiness tools.
Business Forecasting & Revenue Drive :
Assist channel partners in business planning and forecasting activities, providing market insights and demand projections to jointly achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Conflict Management :
Identify, manage, and resolve potential channel conflicts by establishing clear processes, transparent communication, and equitable business practices across the network.

Experience / Qualifications :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Management or equivalent
8–12 years of experience in Channel Management, preferably in Industrial Batteries / UPS / Power Solutions or allied industries
