Position : Inside Sales Specialist – US Staffing

Location : Noida

Experience : 7+ years in inside sales / lead generation / business development for US Staffing or Consulting

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and connect with potential clients across the US market for staffing services.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns , and professional networking.

Schedule and coordinate meetings with decision-makers (Procurement, MSPs, HR, and Hiring Managers).

Collaborate with the presales and delivery teams to create customized proposals and capability decks .

Maintain CRM records, track lead status, and report performance metrics.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.

Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience in US Staffing Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (US client interaction experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of US staffing models, time zones, and MSP / VMS ecosystems .

Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or HubSpot .

Target-driven, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
