Responsibilities

As a Solutions Engineering Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise solutions that enable intelligent automation and process optimization. The role focuses on solution engineering, combining workflow orchestration, secure integration, and applied AI to build scalable and efficient systems. You will contribute to the organization's modernization journey by developing automation-driven solutions that align with Zero Trust security principles and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Delivery
• Design and develop secure, scalable, and modular solutions that enable automation and process optimization.
• Build and maintain workflow-driven systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Develop proofs of concept (POCs) to test new technologies and validate automation approaches.
• Ensure all designs comply with Zero Trust principles, secure identity management, and data protection standards.
• Applied AI & Automation Enablement
• Apply AI and GenAI capabilities to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-support workflows.
• Integrate data-driven intelligence into automation solutions to support smarter decision-making.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to deliver governed, secure, and production-ready automation solutions.
• Governance, Security & Collaboration
• Apply AI risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO / IEC 23894) to ensure responsible and transparent use of automation.
• Maintain compliance with enterprise security and governance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, RBAC).
• Produce and maintain solution documentation, including technical designs and operational procedures.
• Partner with business, data, and platform teams to translate requirements into robust, maintainable solutions.
