Roles and Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Mediation(CM)

Pricing & Rating, and Mediation Workflows.

Develop expertise in Subscription Billing, Invoice Reversal, and BART Tool for efficient billing processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.

Provide technical guidance on SOM / CC / CI / CM implementation projects from planning to go-live phase.

Ensure timely resolution of issues related to subscription orders management, charging rules configuration, pricing setup, invoicing templates creation.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI),Convergent Mediation(CM)

Pricing & Rating modules.

Strong understanding of mediation workflows for effective order management and billing processes.

Proficiency in using tools like BART tool for efficient order processing.

Qualifications :

Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP BRIM.

Specialized skill in at least one or more of the core BRIM modules (SOM / CC / CI / CM).

Experience in preparing estimates for implementation, rollout, and support engagements.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide clients through industry best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
