GoldenBridge Search has partnered with a well funded q-commerce startup to hire a Business Finance Manager.

About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-scaling, high-speed commerce environment that is redefining how consumers shop online. You’ll partner closely with leadership, drive critical financial decision-making, and help build processes from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) : Own MIS reporting and track revenue, margins, and cost metrics in real time.

2. Business Partnering : Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with strategic and operational decisions.

3. Unit Economics & Cohort Analysis : Drive insights on CAC, LTV, customer cohorts, and demand metrics.

4. Process Efficiency : Identify improvements across supply chain costs and operational workflows.

5. Budgeting & Variance : Prepare budgets (AOP, MOP), monitor variances, and deliver actionable recommendations.

6. Reporting : Build dashboards and leadership reports — sales, P&L, cash flow, and performance metrics.

7. Investor Support : Contribute to fundraising, due diligence, and board reporting with accurate, crisp financial data.

8. Process Building : Develop and implement scalable finance processes instead of simply maintaining existing ones.

What We’re Looking For

1. Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

2. Experience : 2–5 years in business finance, FP&A, or consulting. Experience in ecommerce or D2C brands is a strong plus.

Skills :

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

2. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

3. Experience with dashboards, MIS, and data-driven decision-making
