Role Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join our Corporate Services team. The role involves managing corporate filings and maintaining records for international clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of administrative requirements. This position is critical in supporting our clients’ legal and regulatory obligations while ensuring efficient document management systems are maintained.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain, organize, and safeguard all corporate documents, filings, and records for international clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of company formation, statutory returns, and compliance paperwork.
- Update, manage, and audit both electronic and physical filing systems for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for regulatory submissions, audits, and internal reviews.
- Monitor compliance deadlines, assist in tracking obligations, and flag any upcoming due dates.
- Support internal administration teams with document control, record retrieval, and audit trail management.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to corporate governance and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3-4yrs of experience working with corporate services firms, law firms, or accounting firms handling compliance and client filings.Knowledge of international company formation processes and compliance frameworks.Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies.Proven experience in document filing, records management, or administrative support, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment.Familiarity with corporate compliance documentation and regulatory procedures (experience with international jurisdictions is an advantage).Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage sensitive / confidential information.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are an advantage.
