This is a full-time engineer level position, working remotely and in HeadSpin, Customer and thyroid Party Data Centre premises (where applicable), reporting to the InfraOps Manager. In this role, you will be part of the global InfraOps team, focussed on delivery targets and customer satisfaction, and forming part of a project based approach to delivery of service. You will play a key role in the Technical Operations function and will coordinate with other departments to ensure you and your team supports the business efficiently.

What you’ll do

• Assist with building and maintaining InfraOps within Headspin, relating to : -
• Networking
• Server Management
• Host configurations / Maintenance
• Apple and other third party certification management
• Setup and maintenance of AWS and VPC environments.
• Offboarding customers, security data deletion
• Internal and external network / server trouble shooting
• Work with global teams and customers across many timezones
