Manager - Employee Relations

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in related field required, advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years related HR experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of human resources practices, techniques, and standards.
• Extensive demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and training team members on processes and practices.
• Strong organizational and people management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, evaluate facts, handle sensitive information, multitask multiple investigations.
• Strong negotiation / influencing, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) populations preferred.
• Ability to manage high level of confidentiality and experience handling PII and PHI.
