A Sales Manager for the TASC (Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs) segment is responsible for acquiring new institutional clients, managing existing client relationships, and growing their banking portfolios by cross-selling products like digital solutions and liability products (CASA+FD). Key duties include creating and implementing sales strategies, ensuring client compliance with banking regulations, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition : On-board new TASC clients through market scoping and building relationships with entities like trusts, societies, clubs, and educational institutions.
- Relationship Management : Maintain and deepen relationships with existing TASC clients to grow their liability base and provide comprehensive banking solutions.
- Sales and Growth : Sell allied products, such as digital solutions for collections and payments, and drive campaigns to increase business.
- Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure all client due diligence is completed and transactions comply with bank and regulatory norms.
- Internal Coordination : Collaborate with other branches and sales teams to expand the TASC business within mapped territories.
- Portfolio Management : Manage an institutional banking portfolio and handle all client banking needs.
- Team Leadership : In roles like Territory Sales Manager, lead and train sales teams to help them achieve targets.
Qualifications and Skills :
