Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Manager Operations located in Pune. The role involves overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, managing workflows, supervising team members, resolving operational issues, and supporting management in planning and decision-making. The Assistant Manager Operations will play an integral role in process improvement and maintaining high-quality service delivery standards.
