Job descriptionCollaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and landing pages. Implement and track content marketing strategies to improve user engagement and retention. Ensure that all content aligns with SEO goals and supports the overall digital marketing strategy. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track and report on website performance. Analyze traffic data, conversion rates, and other KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Provide regular performance reports and insights to optimize future strategies. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc) for optimal ROI. Develop and execute PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and budget management. Monitor and analyze paid campaign performance to maximize results. Manage social media campaigns and ensure they are aligned with SEO and digital marketing objectives. Collaborate with the email marketing team to create SEO-focused email campaigns. Track the performance of social media and email marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed. Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies and programs to drive pipeline growth and customer retention for key accounts. Bachelor's / Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and SEM. Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics). Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid advertising platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

SEO Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, titles, and URLs for SEO.
- Perform regular SEO audits and implement recommendations to ensure the website is SEO friendly.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.
