🕘 Working Hours (Part-Time | Contract)
Flexible part-time schedules within :
Monday to Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PMSaturday : 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM(Exact hours will be mutually agreed based on availability.)

Conduct individual OT sessions tailored to each child's therapy goals and functional needsAssess children using standardized OT tools to evaluate :Fine motor skillsSensory processingDaily living skillsCoordination and motor planningDevelop and implement customized Occupational Therapy Intervention PlansProvide sensory integration therapy , handwriting support, ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training, and motor skill developmentMonitor progress, maintain accurate session documentation , and update therapy goals periodicallyCollaborate with :Special educatorsABA therapistsProgram coordinatorsFamilies, to support holistic child developmentEducate parents on home-based programs and therapeutic carryoverParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and parent consultations🎓 Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Occupational TherapyRegistered / Licensed Occupational Therapist (preferred)Prior experience working with children with Autism or developmental delays is an advantageStrong communication skills (English mandatory; Kannada / Hindi / Malayalam preferred)✅ Key Skills & Attributes
Sound understanding of pediatric OT practicesFamiliarity with sensory integration techniquesStrong observational, analytical, and documentation skillsEmpathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with childrenAbility to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment📍 Location
