Application Developer-Process Management (BPM)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Software Development : Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle—design, implementation, testing, and supportto deliver scalable and high-performing applications.
• Microsoft Technologies Expertise : Demonstrate proficiency in software development using Microsoft technologies, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.
• Appian Development : Design, develop, and implement business process workflows using Appian BPM and other BPM tools such as IBM BPM, Pega, or Camunda.
• Business Process Automation : Automate and streamline business processes to enhance operational efficiency and minimize manual intervention.
• System Integration : Integrate BPM solutions with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.) through APIs and web services.
• Database Management : Apply strong understanding of database concepts with hands-on experience in major databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand product requirements, resolve issues, and deliver robust software solutions.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated with emerging Microsoft and BPM technologies to continuously improve product features and development processes.
