Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office role located in Hyderabad for a Client Success Thinker. The individual in this role will work closely with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery. Responsibilities include fostering client relationships, improving customer experience, addressing client issues, and driving successful outcomes for various projects while maintaining brand and design standards. You will also be at the forefront of customer interactions and business development.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing in the real estate sector
• Candidates with high level of domain knowledge of the sector will be preferred
• Strategic thinking ability to help top real estate brands craft long-term market success
• Good responsiveness and organised way of working
• Good knowledge of hybrid tools - Slack, Teams, Google Workplace
• Good knowledge of top AI helper tools
