Human Resources Executive

Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle end-to-end hiring, staff management, and HR operations across dark stores . The role requires excellent people management skills, quick execution of recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Posting job advertisements on platforms (e.G., Apna, WorkIndia, etc.)
• Screening candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews
• Explaining salary structure, incentives, and job responsibilities to candidates
• Collecting and verifying necessary documents and photographs
• Issuing offer letters and ensuring proper record-keeping
