About the Role
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Fulfilment Operations Interns to support on-ground coordination and ensure smooth execution of orders in their assigned city. This role serves as a bridge between local vendors, contractors / customers, and central teams (Finance, Operations, Product & Tech) to deliver a seamless order-to-delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
Order fulfilment & CoordinationSupport end-to-end order management — from PO creation to delivery completionCoordinate with vendors, transporters, and site teams to ensure timely dispatch and deliveryTrack daily order status and highlight delays or issues to central operationsMaintain Order-to-Fulfilment TAT as per defined SLAsWork with the Finance team to ensure vendor invoices are processed on timeVerify delivery proofs, invoices, and GRNs before submitting to financeEnsure accuracy between delivered material and billed quantitiesVendor payment coordination and cross-team liaisoningAct as the local support point for Central Ops, Product, Tech, and Business teamsRaise issues or suggestions related to process improvements and product (tech platform) enhancementsMaintain daily fulfilment trackers for city-level operationsPrepare weekly reports on order volume, delays, vendor issues, and TAT compliance.Key Skills & Requirements
Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (any field)Strong communication and coordination skillsBasic understanding of order, invoicing, and logistics workflows (training will be provided)Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and internal toolsHighly organised, process-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure
