Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development & Optimization Intern to support our partner property operations, research, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in hospitality technology, revenue management, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and identify trends related to hospitality and OTA platforms
- Assist in generating leads and supporting client acquisition activities
- Support listing optimization and performance improvement projects
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and share insights with the team
- Coordinate with clients for updates, performance reviews, and requirement gathering
- Maintain documentation and track daily operational tasks
- Work with managers to align property strategies and ensure quality delivery
