Role Overview

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for top-of-funnel lead generation through channel partners, brokers, events, and digital platforms, ensuring consistent pipeline inflow across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand channel partner network across Pune.
• Conduct CP meets, activations, and manage incentives.
• Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales to ensure lead quality.
• Track and optimize cost per lead (CPL).
• Measure ROI of sourcing campaigns and report performance monthly.
