ADS DESIGNER

We are hiring a creative Ads Designer to produce high-performing ad creatives for Facebook & Instagram campaigns .

Responsibilities :

Design static ads, carousel ads, story ads, and reel ads for Meta.

Create scroll-stopping visuals & hooks for performance marketing.

Make multiple ad variations for A / B testing.

Edit short videos / reels (basic).

Work with the marketing team to align creatives with campaign goals.

Ensure all creatives follow Meta ad guidelines and brand style.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in designing ads for Meta.

Strong portfolio of paid ad creatives .

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva / Figma .

Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPM, conversion-driven design).

Fast, creative, and detail-oriented.

Nice to have

Experience with UGC-style ads & reels .

Background in fashion / lifestyle / jewellery brands.
