About the Role

Softobiz is seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer who brings strong hands-on expertise in both automation and manual testing . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing initiatives, define QA best practices, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality releases across cloud-native and enterprise product environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive test planning, test strategy, and QA processes for complex enterprise applications.
• Perform both manual and automation testing across functional, regression, performance, and integration scenarios.
• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks (UI + API).
• Review requirements, identify gaps, and proactively highlight risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, developers, and DevOps to ensure seamless release processes.
• Own defect lifecycle management and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Mentor junior / mid QA engineers and contribute to process maturity and continuous improvement .
