Job Overview :

We are seeking Relationship Executives to build and maintain strong relationships with clients resolve queries and drive business growth by promoting relevant financial products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Address and resolve customer queries while providing quick and efficient services.
• Keep clients updated about their purchased financial products .
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or coverage.
• Conduct client meetings and engagement activities to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications & Skills :

Graduate in any field .

Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry .

Strong communication and customer engagement skills .

Basic computer knowledge is required .

Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle for work-related travel.

Salary & Benefits :

Starting from 30000 (No upper limit based on communication skills & product knowledge)
