Job descriptionIndependently identify, engage, pitch, and onboard brands and media agencies for advertising on magicpin. Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with marketing heads, digital teams, CMOs, brand managers, and agency stakeholders. Drive revenue contribution by acquiring new advertisers and growing business from existing accounts. Manage the full sales cycle - outreach, pitching, negotiations, deal closure, campaign briefing, and ongoing account nurturing. Develop persuasive proposals and custom solutions tailored to a brand's marketing objectives. Identify opportunities to introduce new advertising formats and demand levers to drive brand outcomes. Maintain a structured pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure consistent progress toward revenue targets
