Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer or Architect to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, a strong background in ITSM / ITOM modules, and proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating enterprise-level solutions.

You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to implement robust, scalable, and efficient workflows across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Develop client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and custom widgets using JavaScript and the Glide API.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, web services, and other middleware.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, discovery, and asset management modules.
• Implement automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Manage and review update sets, version control, and CI / CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and ITIL best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
