Senior Graphic Designer for Logo, Social Media and Print

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who’s highly skilled in Figma and understands the art and strategy behind great branding. The right candidate will bring creativity, structure, and precision to every project - from brand identities and social media campaigns to marketing materials and internal presentations.

You’ll collaborate directly with a project coordinator, not clients, and work across a variety of brands and industries. This role requires a designer who can work independently, follow established brand standards, and still bring fresh, elevated ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

• Design professional brand identities - including logos, brand guidelines, and supporting visual systems.
• Create engaging, on-brand social media graphics tailored to each client’s style and platform.
• Produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and other print collateral.
• Design internal materials such as pitch decks and presentation visuals.
• Develop custom illustrations or iconography as needed to enhance designs.
• Work primarily in Figma, with fluency and confidence - this is our core design platform for collaboration, feedback, and file updates.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Express when needed for animation, photo editing, or specialized design tasks.
• Maintain organized project files, communicate clearly through Asana, and manage deadlines with minimal supervision.
