Job descriptionHelp with our recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of top-tier talent Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer brand presence in key markets Design and implement performance review frameworks, OKRs, and feedback cycles Champion career development, learning programs, and internal mobility initiatives Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplace Design and lead employee engagement surveys, action plans, and wellness programs Benchmark and optimize compensation structures and benefits offerings Partner with Finance on workforce planning and budgeting Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across all regions Maintain and improve HRIS and internal documentation (policies, handbooks, etc.) 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role Previous experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment is strongly preferred Deep knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements across geographies Proven track record in talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
Role Overview :
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to help lead our People Operations. This individual will partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring our culture scales as we grow.
Salary : ₹20,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 / year
