Role Description

As a Business Development Executive at Makreo Research and Consulting, you will be an integral part of our growth journey. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early career professionals who aspire to build a strong foundation in sales and business development. You will receive mentorship, training, and hands-on exposure to client engagement, lead generation, and sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation : Research and identify potential clients across industries and geographies.
  • Database Management : Maintain an organized database of leads, including contact details and relevant information.
  • Client Outreach : Use various channels such as online research, email campaigns, and cold calling to generate new leads.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business initiatives.
  • Content Assistance : Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Campaign Execution : Contribute to sales campaigns and monitor progress to ensure effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Designing Skills : Basin knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork : Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
  • Creativity : Familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • SEO Knowledge : A basic understanding of SEO and online marketing tools is a plus.
