Job Type : Full-Time | On-Site

Shift : Day Shift (9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM)

Salary Range : ₹25,000 – ₹32,500 per month

Training : 7 Days

🔶 About the Role

Chandigarh University is hiring enthusiastic and driven Tele-Counselors to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate must have experience in the EdTech, Education, or University counseling sector and should be passionate about guiding students while meeting sales targets.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls , inbound , and outbound calls to prospective students.
• Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and admissions .
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets .
• Manage and follow up on leads effectively.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Handle student queries with clarity and professionalism.
• Participate in training and team meetings regularly.

CRM experience preferred.
