Working Days : 6 Days

Shift Timings :

11 : 30 AM to 8 : 30 PM
9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM

Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our growing team at Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with international clients professionally

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Maintain call quality, follow scripts, and comply with process guidelines.

Update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.

Achieve daily / weekly targets for call handling, quality, and productivity.

Work closely with team leaders and QA for performance improvements.

Maintain professionalism and adhere to communication standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills.

Experience in an International Voice Process preferred.

Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in assigned shift timings.

Basic computer and typing skills.
